My Dr said I had lower right lung friction. It come out ok. Dr thought I had nomonya. Now a month later I have a deep ache in back witch seems its in lung area I am worried it might be something bad what could it be.

Sometimes pain like you are having is because the lining of the lung will rub together. This will cause you much discomfort.
It also could be you have an infection deep in the lung or lungs that just has not gone away.
You still could have some inflammation there causing you pain.
Your body is just telling you that something is still not healed yet.
